Livestream Management Assist in planning, organizing, and executing livestreaming events for various e-commerce brands. Monitor livestream performance metrics, including viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales. Social Media Management Collaborates with the creative team to develop promotional strategies and content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Assists in managing and updating the company's social media pages, ensuring brand voice and aesthetic consistency. Assists in scheduling posts and ensuring content calendars are followed. Marketing Communications Responds to follower inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally. Supports in curating visual assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, posters, and social media graphics.
