Position Overview

A marketing intelligence officer is someone who will provide data, conduct investigation and analysis of the industry, customers, competitors and technology trends to support the above in identifying, evaluating and prioritizing new products segments, markets, and partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and profile competitors and competitive products.
- Conduct market research for buyer behavior insights and market dynamics.
- Conduct primary market research activities and coordinate with marketing, product, operation and IT teams.
- Research competitor software, financials, marketing, pricing and sales tactics.
- Review and compare our products from the competition and come up with SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Thread) analysis.
- Coach and update employees on competitive offerings, financials, pricing and marketing positioning.
- Assist relevant teams by engaging in briefings and responding to inquiries related to research data.
- Attend trade shows and business intelligence events to collect competitor's data.
- Review market and competitor data to uncover market opportunities and address business issues.
- Support survey design and implementation in online survey tool.
- Analyze and classify client and survey data.
- Gather, analyze and sort competitor's information.
- Update internal portal platform to develop new research materials.
- Develop unified market understanding for the company products and services.
- Present the research findings to company's management and stakeholders.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
