Job Description Strategic Marketing Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and growth plans.Identify and target key market segments, ensuring the brand resonates with the intended audience.Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Brand Management:Build and establish a strong, differentiated brand identity in the FMCG market.Oversee the creation of compelling brand campaigns across multiple platforms.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.Product Development & Launches:Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with new product launches.Create go-to-market strategies for product introductions and innovations.Team Leadership & Development:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.Partnerships & Collaborations:Establish and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to maximize ROI.Performance Metrics & Reporting:Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership.Use data insights to refine strategies and ensure the achievement of KPIs.The Successful Applicant Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the FMCG sector.Proven experience in launching and managing brands in a start-up or high-growth environment.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a results-driven approach.Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.What's on Offer Competitive packageBe part of the pioneering market team - have the chance to build and develop your own teamPlay a pivotal role in driving the growth of a start-up FMCG company
