1. Campaign Management
a. Executes campaigns and events, collects preliminary data and results in order to gain new market penetration, maintains market share and assists in campaign effectiveness analysis.

2. Loyalty Management
a. Assists in the execution of loyalty plan and monitor processes and systems in place in order to improve customer acquisition and retention

3. Customer Lifetime Measurement
a. Collects and summarizes customer lifetime data in order to assist in customer segmentation Project Management analysis.

4. Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning
a. Translates and executes customer engagement activities onto various channels in order to maximize brand awareness and involvement and relevance of information for customers

5. General Marketing Operations
a. Gathers, manages and organizes data for market research and insights and render business support in order to ensure efficient operational processes.
