We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director in BreederDAO to drive our marketing initiatives and support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, leading teams, and building strong community relationships in Web3 space. As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, engaging our audience, and enhancing our market position.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy encompassing brand positioning, user acquisition, retention, and community engagement. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, events, and PR. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling content that educates and engages our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media updates. Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other relevant channels. Token Price Management: Collaborate with the finance and product teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that positively influence the token price through effective communication and market positioning. Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders in the web3 space to enhance our brand visibility and reach. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and competitive. Market Sentiment Analysis: Monitor and analyze market sentiment to inform marketing strategies that positively impact token prices. Use data and insights to be proactive and responsive to market trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the web3 or crypto space. Having a strong understanding of web3 games is a plus Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the web3 ecosystem. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to a broad audience. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
