As the Director, HCP Marketing, Depemokimab you will be responsible for the development and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing strategy and tactics for the launch of Depemokimab, an investigational Long-Acting anti-IL5 product across multiple indications. Key areas of emphasis for this role include HCP strategy and tactics, HCP promotion, and development of resources for field representatives. This individual will lead and work collaboratively across the commercial team and will play a critical role in integrating the execution of the marketing plan across multiple customer segments and indications. You will work in close partnership with the global brand team, franchise team, cross-functional matrix teams and copy approval team.
This position will require strong leadership in many areas, including clinical acumen, building commercial strategy, creating tactics to support strategy, developing KPIs and measurement plans, and cross-functional collaboration..The specific accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:Facilitate development and execution of HCP brand promotional plan and programs ensuring consistency with our strategic launch planMaintain detailed understanding of disease and competitive marketplaceDefine customer insights, journeys, and segmentation; product positioning; creative strategy, core messaging and content plans; integrated, cross channel promotional mix.Define KPIs and analyze performance of key commercial programs on an ongoing basis.Cultivate relationships with field force and external customers, develop deep market insights, and customize commercial strategies across various customer segments.Provide strategic leadership and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgetsFoster an environment of innovation, inclusion, challenge, trust, and development.Why You?
Basic Qualifications:BS/BA with 8 years commercial experience including marketing, sales and/or market access.Minimum 4 years' experience in US pharmaceutical/biotech in-line brand marketing.Minimum of 2 days per week in office required.Ability to travel up to 20% domestic travel.Preferred Qualifications:Launch experience/demonstrated ability to shape the market and utilize innovative go to market approaches.Experience in Respiratory, Specialty and/or Rare Disease experience a plusPrevious People Leadership ExperienceGlobal brand experienceExperience in strategy development and execution.Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, balanced with strong operational experience.Demonstrates an understanding of US Pharmaceutical channel, pricing, and market access strategiesBroad commercial experience, including:Brand lifecycle managementSenior leader engagementMatrix team leadershipCustomer insight, messaging, campaign, creative developmentBudget management; P&L ownership
