2. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including campaign managers, copywriters, and graphic designers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
4. Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in the company's brand messaging and visual identity across all advertising materials.
- Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and voice in the market.
5. Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop tailored advertising strategies that meet their needs.
- Present campaign ideas and performance reports to clients, incorporating feedback to enhance future campaigns.
6. Budget Management:

Minimum Qualification Standards
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and advertising, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.
