Marketing Designer

Position Title: Graphic Artist
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Summary: We are currently seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing department. The Marketing Designer will assist the Associate Art Director and VP Creative Director

Responsibilities: Email Marketing (MailChimp) Design layout of eBlast and graphics
Design accompanying flyers
Includes 3 weekly eBlasts, plus additional eBlasts on an as-needed basis
Case Studies Design layout and graphics, including fictional logo design
Advertising Creating art to spec for various mediums including flyers, banner ads, print ads, etc
Website and Database Graphic Management Updating product images to spec for various external orgs, and iClick.com
Assisting in building out lifestyle image library and social media assets
Catalogs and Flyers Design layout and graphics for various flyers, from educational to special buys
Design infographics to be included in flyers, catalogs, presentations and more
Update existing catalog when product changes occur, or new products launch
Product Launch Assist with product launches to include website and database image prep, creating spec sheets (update catalog), lifestyle imagery, social media assets, and more as needed
Website Updates Minor website editing (no prior knowledge needed) to include text edits, updating imagery, linking to flyers, etc.
Additional graphic work as needed
Various design projects as assigned
Qualifications: Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel), Gmail, Google Docs and Cloud Storage systems
Personal commitment to quality, effective time management, and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with email marketing
Experience with social media platforms is a plus
