This position involves in-depth analysis of marketing data, generation of actionable insights, and collaboration with various teams to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of marketing data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.Campaign Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, player acquisition costs, retention rates, and ROI. Provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.Player Segmentation: Conduct player segmentation analysis to identify different player profiles and behaviors. Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor campaigns and promotions for specific player segments.A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize various marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement test plans and measure the impact of changes on key metrics.Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data by implementing and maintaining data quality assurance processes. Collaborate with data engineering teams to address data quality issues and improve data infrastructure.Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends, player preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities. The Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the gaming industry.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or others.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and compliance considerations is a plus.Workplace: 32nd St. One World Place, BGC, Taguig
