We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language, and bring expertise in marketing, writing, and creative content production. The Marketing Content Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing our email marketing efforts, ensuring content aligns with SEO and SEM best practices, supporting various teams with email-related tasks, and co-managing paid digital media campaigns.
Other: Rate: 40,000 to 50,000 php Work set-up: Office-based Weekly workload: 40hrs/week Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and content trends. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment. Passion for storytelling, photography, design, or a related field is a plus. Great Communication Skills. Willing to work on-site. Responsibilities: Content Review and Optimization Conduct thorough reviews of marketing content from an SEO perspective. Collaborate with the creative team to optimize content for search enginevisibility. Ensure that all written materials align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Version creative for different audiences or offers as needed (minor edits) QA Paid Copy Across Channels - Check our ad copy across channels to ensure all copy is up to date. QA Tracking Links - make sure all parameters are accurately
implemented. Paid Media Coordination Monitor performance and pacing of ads across various platforms and communicate key performance changes to the team Keep track of creative versions to ensure the correct creative is being delivered to the correct audience Coordinate creative requests between our internal creative team as well as our external agency Collaborate with our email, brand and product teams on projects when SEO or paid media coordination is required Reporting and Quality Assurance Update weekly reports in Google Sheets, providing insights into key performance indicators. Data QA - Look for major inconsistencies in performance numbers #J-18808-Ljbffr
