**YOUR ROLE**:

- Execute operations for Henkel Global Consumer Care projects
- Handle artwork coordination and data input in Henkel systems (tracking of product artworks to ensure timely review and approval, consolidate input from multiple master text files)
- Support marketing teams in entering information in business case and demand planning and pooling modules in HINT (Henkel's online project management tool)

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any course
- With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in Project Management and Coordination; Preferably obtained from a Marketing-related industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
- Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) as well as experience in stakeholder management
- Must be collaborative, proactive, analytical, process
- and detail-oriented
