Responsibilities Draft and format documents, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all written materials Prepare and proofread engaging emails for marketing campaigns and client communications Maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry in spreadsheets and databases Create compelling templated documents for various marketing materials and presentations Assist in developing skeleton copy for pitch decks, transforming key information into persuasive content Format and organize information into polished presentation slides Execute essential communication tasks to support ongoing marketing projects Apply established templates and structures to efficiently complete assigned tasks Adapt to the needs of multiple businesses, showcasing versatility in your approach Requirements Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with an eye for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles, with a eagerness to learn more Adaptability to work with various businesses and diverse project requirements Comfortable working in a remote environment with digital collaboration tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally Requirements
