In this Role, youll get to: Monitoring & Analysis-Market research on thetravel industry-Analysis of feedback trend-Monitoring of internaland external potential risk factors on social mediaReporting-Reportregular-basis(Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly) by analyzing customers trends on social media-To maximize customersatisfaction, and enhance the brand, deriving product/service improvementsuggestions based on research and analysis results-Share improvementsuggestions with various stakeholders, seek solutions to potential risksCommunication-Respond to comments on our social channels in atimely, friendly, and professional manner, to educate and create positiveconnections with our customer community
