Description Process design & owner for the blueprint of campaign design (ATL/BTL) ensuring best in class demand for Corteva brands in the market. The campaign design mainly targeted at value demonstration sites and at point of purchase (retailers) but not limited to these only. Accountable for delivering the desired OTR (product movement from AO to Retailers) for various CP/Seed brands and managing Campaign/DG activities reporting portal ensuring regular cascade of dashboard and learnings out of it. This needs to be done in close coordination with Category lead, Field marketing, DG & sales teams ensuring that CP/Seed brands demand in the market is better than competition.
Key Responsibilities: ·Design & rollout Campaign (ATL/BTL) with a singular objective of best-in-class demand of Corteva brands at the marketplace. This needs to be done in close collaboration with field marketing, Sales, DG teams.
oOrchestrate marketing campaign & customer/channel activities at value demo sites, point of purchase (retailers) and beyond (e.g., Cooperatives, Seed growers, BLO's).
oTracking of activities & campaign quality and measure ROI by geographies – thru business KPI's like OTR/OTG/OTD
oProactively align market communication tools requirement in line of Campaign design to enable field force timely and effectively.
·Design and implement digital marketing campaigns with clear KPIs rolled out
·Develop and manage data portal encompassing value demo & campaign activities. Cascade dashboard at regular interval to share the campaign progress and derive learnings out of it.
·Closely track OTR (product movement from AO to Retailers)of various brands as real measure of success
·Closely working with retailers, BLO's and key farmer network to continuously brining outside-in
·Develop, track and audit campaign effectiveness with customer and value chain and make necessary adjustment in real time as deem necessary to achieve OTR goals . Qualifications ·Management degree from Agriculture related major OR a reputed business school
·Minimum 2-3 years' Sales/Marketing experience including digital marketing.
·Hands-on experience in leading execution of marketing/Sales Campaign.
·Hands-on Experience in launching products with necessary proof points.
·Hands-on experience in directly managing Channel partners with necessary proof points.
