About the roleReporting to: Marketing Director - SEATravel: 30% within SEAThe Campaigns and Communications Manager, South East Asia position will be instrumental in supporting the growth of Kerry's South East Asia business. This position will own the planning and integration of our regional strategies and campaigns. Lead our South East Asia internal and external communications efforts, elevating thought-leadership, reach and employee and customer engagement.
Key responsibilitiesResponsible for streamlining and coordination of activation agenda and planningCampaign Management aligned to business priority platform strategyResponsible for overall local content directionOwns the plan for burst activity (light and frequent touchpoints with customers) that will be owned, managed and directed locallyCollaborates with marketing channel leads on proactive marketing activityLeads social media strategy and digital assets, along with leads management, traffic and lead generation funnelOwns the relationship with agency partners and linkage with digital teamsReporting on marketing campaign effectiveness, KPIs and objectives: Pipeline influenceInternal: Leads and elevates internal communication across commercial functions (townhalls, video content, new wins and commercial success)External: Owner for tradeshows and external events, ie. media events planning, large customer engagement events, board meetings, investor daysQualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration) with a minimum of 7 years' relevant experienceExtensive knowledge of marketing/communications/activation/event management honed from experience in a global B2C or B2B company, preferably related to F&BExceptional business acumen, an end-to-end problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work in increments and exponents, also balancing attention to detail with swift executionAdvanced project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesHigh proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint standard business presentation and database software such as MS ExcelProficiency in copywriting and excellent English communication skillsHands-on experience in the creative process working across diverse teams and with agency partnersExposure to working in matrix organizations is an advantage
