Marketing Brand Associate

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years experience in marketing role
- bachelor's degree in Marketing or advertising or related discipline
- strong organizational and prioritizational skills
- Create brand strategies into key execution objectives for the development of, but not limited to ATL, and BTL Marketing.
- Manage brand pages' (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
postings, inquiries, and online community activities
- Analyze consumer insights and leverage them to ensure compelling executions across mediums to drive meaningful, and salient scores of the brand and drive growth.
- Lead agencies and/or cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of brand plans.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and recommend key focus areas or action plans to deliver desired results.
- Deliver KPIs of the brand (Target Volume Growth, Target Full-Year Market Share, Marketing Spend ROI, On-time Program Execution, Program KPIs)
- Seek new brand partners, communities, organizations, corporate partners, etc.
that can further expand the assigned brands' market exposure and awareness
- Take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

- Marilao, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
