Job Description
Working in tandem with marketing, sales operations and IT, the specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and processes to primarily drive demand generation goals such as new client acquisition, conversion and business growth. Working closely with the head of marketing and the CRO, the role will translate business objectives to develop end-to-end marketing programs.
 
As champion of our automation system(s) you will assist with system design, data integration, process definition, troubleshooting, campaign automation, data integrity and platform enablement. The Specialist works closely with our marketing, and sales teams as well as our operations/IT team to ensure seamless execution of Marketo & Outreach programs, reporting and analysis.
You will work with our marketing and sales technology stack, specifically Marketo and Outreach and develop solutions that deliver real business impact! The tool set available integrates best of breed solutions including Marketo, Outreach, MSFT Dynamics and more.
Collaborate with marketing to understand current marketing and sales automation needs and engage in envisioning of new strategies and potential solutions.
Create and optimise the Automation Platform Centre of Excellence ensuring scalability, efficiency, best practices, and innovative approach; provide training, and upskilling processes. Create and maintain documentation and training materials. Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiencies with automation.
Work across marketing and sales functions to create seamless data and campaign flow in addition to mature processes for reporting and analysis.
Design and execute seamless Marketo and Outreach Programs.
Initiate, plan, prioritise, communicate longer-term projects for both Marketo and Outreach
Support Marketing with Template development, troubleshooting and optimisation across Emails, Landing Pages, Forms and Third-Party Integrations
Continually managing platform performance, including users, roles, workspaces, programs, smart campaigns, smart lists, sync/system errors, forms, landing pages, tracking, automations, segmentation, lead routing, MQL structure, channel management, retention, privacy policies, lead scoring, lead routing and lead management process.
Communicate analytical findings, conclusions and recommendations to executives and senior management.
Align with other departments to optimize marketing/sales automation initiatives and to continuously improve results from marketing and sales efforts. Ability to lead multi-functional projects and maintain detailed action plans.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience3-5+ years email production experience and proficient knowledge of HTML, Excel, email design, experience with enterprise-level Email Service Provider and CRM platformsDirect experience with enterprise-level Email Service Provider and CRM platforms a must (Marketo, MSFT a plus).Resourceful problem-solver who quickly gathers and is comfortable new technologies and concepts.Strong understanding of email, mobile and social best practices, including tools, technology, and KPIsWorking knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to direct marketing and customer management programs (e.g., privacy regulations, CAN-SPAM Act, data management, etc.).Working knowledge of lifecycle, triggered & transactional email campaigns preferred.Experience with email, landing page and form implementation (HTML, CSS skills preferred).Experience collaborating with (ideally) MSFT D365 admins, IT teams, sales, ops, and other non-marketing stakeholders.Experience in and understanding of data workflows, architecture, field syncs, campaign hierarchy, attribution, reporting, and lead management.Familiarity with commonly requested Marketo integrations and associated B2B technologies (CRM, Webinar, Sales Enablement systems).Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools.Ability to thrive and meet aggressive goals and timelines in fast paced environment and to easily adapt to change.Highly motivated and capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.Professional, straightforwardWork Location Hybrid Set-up (Eastwood)You are only required to report in the office 10x per monthWork Schedule Monday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PH TimeAdditional Information
