Duties and responsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies that align with business goals and drive B2B marketing efforts.Create detailed customer journey maps and design targeted marketing campaigns that engage prospects at each stage of the funnel, from awareness to conversion. Utilize behavioral data to refine and optimize these journeys continuously.Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies effectively support sales objectives.Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to align on goals, share insights, and adjust strategies as needed.Develop and manage various marketing workflows, including welcome/onboarding sequences, cart abandonment, lead nurturing, re-engagement, upsell or cross-sell, and feedback loops to boost customer engagement and enhance the overall customer experience (CX).Utilize data-driven insights to segment target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to meet the specific needs and preferences of each segment. Work with the business analytics team to create success measures and report on results and insights. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Oversee the use of various marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.Attend various client and prospect presentations as necessary to demonstrate BDA's expertise in digital marketing.Ensure all marketing automation activities comply with industry regulations and best practices. Regularly review and update processes to maintain compliance and stay ahead of regulatory changes.Job Skills and TraitsStrong project management and collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines.Comfortable working in an energetic and fast-paced environment.Experience with copywriting, social media, user experience, and user interface design.Skilled at analyzing and presenting marketing business results.QualificationsBA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) and proficiency with email marketing automation service providers like Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, and Klaviyo, and working on email marketing, lead generation and nurturing campaigns, as well as with Google Analytics.Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus.Additional NotesExcellent PowerPoint skill a plus.
