Job Description
As a Marketing Automation Manager , you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with our Technology team to facilitate seamless platform integration with Microsoft Dynamics and other cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of leading best practices in utilizing the Marketo platform, ensuring that we harness its full potential.
Here's an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day (Mon - Fri; 7 AM - 4 PM)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH with flexibility for special occasions in the office (Makati site)
What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, information technology, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Marketo.
Experience in coordinating the integration of Marketo with other marketing cloud solutions, direct experience in Dynamic integration will be well regarded.
Certification in Marketo not essential but preferred.
Experience in email HTML template and web form development.
Proven record of working in results-driven environments.

What awaits you in this role?
Data and Platform Management:
Work with the Technology team to facilitate platform integration with Microsoft Dynamics and other technologies.
Lead best practice usage of the Marketo platform.
Monitor database quality and drive initiatives to ensure completeness of attribution and profile data for prospects and customers.
Deliver reports on performance, pipeline health, and insights on opportunities for more effective lead conversion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop segments for tailored communications and to activate lead data for media targeting.
Lead Nurture and Conversion:
Manage and optimize the lead scoring model.
Build, implement, and optimize the email engagement and lead conversion strategies.
Lead the extension of the lead nurture strategy to leverage cross-channel opportunities such as SMS, web personalization, and digital media activation.
Email and Campaign Development:
Building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
Development of email content in collaboration with Field Marketing Managers.
Manage the development of high-quality email templates that align with brand guidelines.
Implement test & learn strategies to improve time to conversion, sales, and retention.
