Marketing Associate - Pasay

Job Description:* Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/ queries.* Assisting Marketing Assistant/ BM's on pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.* Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts.* Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant* Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.* Assist/ Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.Key Requirements:Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks.* 1-2 Years' Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.* Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.* Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.
