**Minimum Requirements**:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or related field
- Minimum of 6 months - 2 years of work-related experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Cloud user is highly advantageous but not required(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Good oral and written communication skills, Good organizational skills.
**JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY**:
- The Marketing Associate is responsible for undertaking the daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
He/she assists in conceptualizing, executing, and post-documenting cluster events and ceremonies.
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in conceptualizing, executing and post-documenting of cluster events and ceremonies.
- Coordinate event requirements with different departments.
- Review and proofread marketing materials for concision.
- Process budget requests and liquidations of the department head.
- Monitors and maintains inventory of sales and marketing materials
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding different marketing requirements.
- Recommend content and copy for the department's social media page.
- Assists in implementing other Company activities, programs and events as needs arises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
