Position: Marketing Associate

Job Overview:
St. Catherine Realty Corporation is searching for a dedicated Marketing Associate that will lead and oversee the marketing department. As the marketing associate of St. Catherine Realty Corporation, you will create marketing strategies and develop marketing campaigns. The most important part of being a successful Marketing Associate is the ability to assess and provide excellent customer service. Also, Marketing Associate must be dedicated to quality customer service and being creative in the workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that the Marketing department runs smoothly by adeptly managing administrative tasks.Identify new opportunities by conducting market research.Gather and analyze consumer behaviour data.Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics? such as conversion ratesFacilitate in the organization and implementation of promotional events.Create advertising material by collaborating with the Marketing Design and Content teams.Maintain an organized and readable record of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.Generate regular reports forecasting sales.Observe the marketing activities of competitors. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fieldProven work experience as a Marketing Associate (not required)? Marketing Assistant or similar role.Fresh Graduates are eligible to apply.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and relevant techniquesProficient use of computer programs? including MS Excel? web analytics and Google AdwordsExcellent skills in the areas of communication? presentation? and analysisPossess a goal oriented attitude.Interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communicationTime management skills
