Job Description:
Olivia is seeking a motivated and hardworking Marketing Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and events
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks and project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Innovative mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
