Job Description
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials.
• Coordinating and executing marketing events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
• Support digital marketing efforts.
• Assist in creating marketing collaterals, such as content, brochures, presentations, sales materials, and advertisements, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update marketing databases.
• Support lead generation activities by qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in the lead conversion process.
• Assist in technical tasks for monthly webinars.

Job Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must have excellent written communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. Familiarity with market research, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
• Ability to interpret marketing metrics to drive marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
• Must be proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools. Like social media management, email marketing, and others.
• Can contribute out-of-the-box ideas to the team and develop innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure effective execution.
• Must work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various departments, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy and objective.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in marketing materials
• Must be creative, and innovative and must be able to improvise.
