Marketing Associate

Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants from receiving and even after the release of loan. Receiving of client's application form and requirements: Screening (Pre-qualifications, Validity of documents, hold/negative areas) Run proper Master list and FFCC: Encode and update details of client to our Loan System and Transmittal. Orient the client regarding our Loan Products and Loan Process: Process and monitor applications until release of loan. Follow up clients to submit their pending requirements: Update clients about their loan application's status with us. Confirmation of loan details to the borrower. QUALIFICATIONS: College graduate of Business Management Preferably with marketing experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Computer literate Good communication skills both written and oral. Flexible in adapting to a fast-changing environment Goal-oriented Customer service oriented Can start ASAP.
