DescriptionSupport Sales and Marketing management in handling customer inquiries.Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.Prepare request for quotation form and other related forms required for new clients.Process requirements for Crystal Steel accreditation for prospective clients or membership requirements to any organization.Update summary report for Bids, Customer directory, and other listings related to Sales and Marketing.Assist Sales and Marketing Manager in the implementation of marketing plans and work to meet sales targets.Assist and support Sales and Marketing in finding leads, prospects, and sending sales proposals.Prepare and submit required reports as needed.Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.Communicate with various departments to keep everyone informed about the project plan.Responsible for ensuring the schedule and budget for the project.Keep open communication with customers and other personnel as required, on all project issues to ensure project instructions are followed and implemented.Attend to site issues as the need arises, if installation is part of CSFP scope.Facilitate kick-off and weekly meetings with all concerned departments and discuss any related issues regarding the status/progress of each project.RequirementsEducation Requirements: Graduate of BS/BA Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred.Work Experience: Related work experience as Sales and Marketing in Steel Fabrication. Strong knowledge in presentation and negotiation.Knowledge and Skills: Sales and Marketing strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate verbally and in writing.Has positive morale and team spirit. Must have patience and be a team player.Working LocationVictoria Wave Limited Incorporated, Victoria Wave Special Economic Zone, Barangay 186 North, Caloocan City, Philippines.
