Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns and queriesAssisting Marketing assistants and BM's on pre-screening documents and requirements submitted by the loan consultantBoost the sales engagement of the assigned loan consultant per branch in delivering new or renewal accounts.Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans ConsultantEscalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick action and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.Assist or execute programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department. Key Requirements: 1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with relevant experience in Banking and Finance.Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
