Marketing Associate (Bilingual Japanese And English)

A Marketing Associate is responsible for planning and implement marketing and advertising activities. They understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customer behavior. The Marketing Associate helps collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Oversee marketing activities to enhance presence in the Japanese market and generate new leads. Develop marketing plans, prioritize tasks, and assess the effectiveness of various initiatives. Manage and optimize the Japanese website, including SEO efforts. Coordinate exhibitions and webinars. Create Japanese newsletters, brochures, customer success stories, etc. Other duties, as needed. Required Qualifications: Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level English (written and spoken). Several years of marketing experience. Strong analytical, comprehension, and communication skills. Ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the IT industry.
