1. Market Development
• Develops business plans and strategies that are not limited to target acquisition, retention, channel promotions, affiliates and agents, drive and monitor business strategies, allocate and control and expenditures, interpret and present report findings in order to penetrate into growing markets and expand mature markets for the uing year.
2. Manpower Management
• Determines organization structure and manpower requirements for each position in order to cover key marketing functions and operations.
• Interviews qualified candidates, hire manpower, guide and motivate staff, mitigate staff related incidents in order to create a balanced workforce and align with marketing targets and goals.
3. Internal and External relationship
• Requests, negotiates and creates agreements with internal and external parties in order to engage new channels and partners, resolves incidents, develops smooth work processes and achieves marketing plans.
4. Project Management
• Facilitates and analyzes business requirements, plans, organizes the project to realize the goal of the project.
5. Training
• Coaches and advices staff on work performance, areas of improvement and work processes to create an independently knowledgeable and efficient workforce.

• Candidate must possess at least a Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing andmunications
• Good English & Japanesemunication skills is a must.

• Must have management role experience in digital marketing at least 5 years or more.
• Experience in Online Gaming would be an advantage.
