Marketing Assistant

Job description:Managing and joining of on-ground activations and marketing-led trade shows and bazaarsWork side-by-side with content team in creating effective and efficient visual merchandising during events and at trade storesRun customer acquisition and build brand awarenessConduct staff training for sales associates and event team members Store onboarding (if needed) and assist sales team in enrolling productsOther events and/or retail activities as deemed necessaryFUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any business-related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially ExcelExperience in handling events and on-ground activations is a BIG plus.Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends.Detail-oriented, organized, and consumer-centric mindsetExcellent organizational and time management skillsFriendly, approachable, and fast learner with a pro-active and can-do attitude Ability to work within tight deadlines and shifting priorities.Willing to render extended work hours (paid) during events.Fresh graduates with good academic background are also encourage to apply.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
