Marketing Assistant

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assist the marketing officer in conceptualizing and executing events.- Manage and process sales requests such as, but not limited to: o Collateral requests - brochures, flyers, signage, and giveaways o Sales requests - uniforms, calling cards, etc.- Coordination with suppliers for any company requirement.- Coordination with the warehouse on the inventory of materials and giveaways- Manage and process financial requests for marketing - PO, RFP, CA, etc.- Social media management of the JMFEI account: o Scheduling and posting of content o Inquiry assistance- Attend marketing meetings if needed.ONSITE WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30AM-5:30PM, Monday to FridayWORK-FROM-HOME WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30AM-5:30PM, Saturday**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (required)
