Job Responsibilities

-Manage and upkeep all properties

-Generate sales leads and property listings

-Meet with potential buyers and agents

-Coordinate and process documents/requirements for compliance with LGU, government agencies, and law offices

Qualification:

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate -Management or any related course

-Female

-Above average in written and verbal communication skills

-Proficient in using Social Media Platforms

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.

-Ability to work in a team environment
