Marketing Assistant Job Description
1. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
2. Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
4. Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
5. Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
6. Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
7. Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
8. Marketing Strategies and solution.
Requirements and skills
1. At least 5 years` experience as Marketing
2. Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
3. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
4. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
5. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
7. Exquisite communication and people skills
8. With strong personality
9. Willing to be assigned at Sta. Ana, Manila
Salary Range: 22k to 24k
