Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to improve business outcomes. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and all deliverables are completed with high attention to detail. Client Acquisition: Identify and implement strategies to attract potential clients, expanding the company's client base. Marketing Collateral Creation: Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company's branding guidelines. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering engagement across all channels. Website Maintenance: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the website is up-to-date and functions effectively. Communication & Customer Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, offering excellent customer service and addressing client needs. Requirements Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, project management, or a related role. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, multimedia, or a related field. Technical: Strong internet connection and a reliable backup, along with essential equipment (laptop, noise-cancelling headset). Schedule Adherence: Ability to work within established schedules and meet deadlines. Desired Skills & Attributes: Analytical & Creative Thinking: Ability to analyze data and offer innovative solutions. Excellent Communication: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
