Marketing Assistant

Qualifications & experience- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, or equivalent.- Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee)- Business-minded and good at creating selling strategies.- Average to Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities- Must be willing to work in ValenzuelaTasks & responsibilities- Support the e-commerce team in managing product listings, descriptions, and pricing on (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok) all online channels, ensuring accurate product descriptions- Assists and collaborates with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.- Checking competitor's price- Develop campaigns to increase digital sales- Upload new products to all our online platforms and manage our shop catalogs- Assist content, design, and e-commerce departments in planning and producing content and visual materials for marketing campaigns across the company's, social media page, email promotions, and ads- Maintain and update the product information database regularly, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and up-to-date- Monitor the sales performance of our online shop, provide Insights to optimized sales strategies, and improve the online shopping experienceBenefits- HMO after 1 year of Service*- Five SIL after 1 year of Service- Meal Allowance- Additional Breaktime Schedule- SSS/ Pag-ibig/ Philhealth benefits- Paid Overtime and Holidays
