Job Description This is a remote position.
Part-Time: Mon-Fri 11am-4pm EST  Responsibilities: 1. Blog and Content Management: ? Develop and maintain a content calendar for our blog and social media channels ? Generate fresh ideas and titles for blog posts ? Assist with blog transcribing and organizing content-related tasks 2. Content Creation and Copywriting: ? Craft compelling social media posts and short blog articles (under 500 words) ? Develop basic web content for landing pages ? Contribute to FAQ and helpdesk content creation 3. Social Media Management: ? Organize, schedule, and manage content on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) ? Design simple graphics and write engaging captions for social media posts ? Monitor and respond to messages/inbox on all platforms ? Collaborate with other companies for cross-promotion on social media 4. Email Marketing: ? Design and manage basic email campaigns, including newsletters and marketing automation funnels ? Create and maintain an email marketing calendar ? Manage email lists and campaigns on platforms such as MailChimp 5. Marketing Research: ? Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and content ideas ? Identify relevant events and opportunities for the company to attend or host 6. Graphic Design: ? Design attention-grabbing graphics for social media using Canva.com ? Create simple brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations ? Perform basic video editing tasks and add subtitles 7. Website Maintenance: ? Update website content, including text, images, and other media ? Add reviews, properties, products, or other content to the website and social media channels ? Work with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace Requirements At Least 1-2 years of experience in content management, social media marketing, graphic design, and website creation and maintenance. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills for blogs, social media, and emails. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing. Experience designing graphics, infographics, brochures, and multimedia content. Ability to update websites, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize user experience. Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
