Responsibilities Spearhead LinkedIn marketing strategies for a 3.6K+ follower account Craft engaging social media content, including posts and video reels Manage and optimize email campaigns for a 300+ contact list Create lead magnets and promotional materials for coaching programs Analyze social media metrics and website performance Assist in organizing and promoting live conversion events Collaborate on personal branding initiatives for clients Support content creation for multiple business niches under one brand Contribute to Facebook group management (600+ members) Requirements Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and content creation Strong writing and editing skills for various digital platforms Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., ConvertKit) Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools Design skills using tools like Canva (preferred) Understanding of personal branding concepts and strategies Excellent communication and organizational abilities Passion for women's empowerment and entrepreneurship Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Requirements
