Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a passionate and adaptable Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote BeautyMNL's products and services.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
3. Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Assist in organizing events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
7. Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
3. Strong research and analysis skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
