MARKETING ASSISTANT (GREENHILL SAN JUAN)Reports ToThe Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,General Manager, and Sales Manager.Duties & Responsibilities? Addresses online enquiries from possible clients from all social media platforms,groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners,and suppliers.? Manages and updates social media profiles, schedule posts, and engagementwith the online community to enhance brand presence.? Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts andscheduled advertisements.? Assists in reporting/reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closingof sale? Assists in scheduling of bookings, other logistic expenses (Food,accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for Marketing events.? Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as they see fit under this scope ofworksQualifications? Candidate must be a K-12 Graduate or has a bachelor's degree in marketing orart/design/creative Multimedia? Having Customer Service experience is an advantage.? Knowledge and experience with photo and editing skills is a plus? Is able to handle working under pressure and deadlines.? Good verbal and written communication skills? Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision? Amenable to work on-site at San Juan Manila or Cainta Rizal
