Marketing Assistant For Laundry Services Company

MARKETING ASSISTANTReports ToThe Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,General Manager, and Sales Manager.Duties & Responsibilities? Manages and updates social media profiles, schedule posts, and engagementwith the online community to enhance brand presence.? Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts andscheduled advertisements.? Addresses online enquiries from possible clients from all social media platforms,groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners,and suppliers.? Assists in reporting/reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closingof sale? Assists in scheduling of bookings, other logistic expenses (Food,accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for Marketing events.? Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as they see fit under this scope ofworksQualifications? Graduate of any Business-related courses.? Knowledge and experience with photo and editing skills is a plus? Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.? Is able to handle working under pressure and deadlines.? Good verbal and written communication skills? Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision? Amenable to work on-site at San Juan area and/or Cainta office
