PRIMARY PURPOSE:The role of the Marketing Assistant (Client Services) entails providing comprehensive support to the Account Manager by executing a range of tasks. These tasks encompass the management of weekly CSD reports, facilitation of accreditation documents, creation of project codes, and active involvement in office documentation and record-keeping duties.JOB DESCRIPTION:Maintain administration of Client Services Department pipeline reportsWeekly Client Services Department reports.Manage Accreditation Documents (Hardcopy & through Clients Online Portal)Generate Project Code through ESS and CORE portalsMaintains the office documentation and/or record-keeping system for the Manager and to ensure efficient documentation for storage and retrieval.Monitors office supplies and requests for replenishment when needed.Develop draft proposals by instruction of the Account Managers.Secure Contract Documents of awarded projectsRouting of Contracts for Signature of awarded projectsPrepares office correspondences as required, documenting, and issuing the same to addressees upon sign-off by the ManagerRecords minutes of the meeting and issue to attendees upon signing-off by superior when required.Assist with social media and website contentAssisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materialProvides support in data collation, check preparation and release facilitation/follow through, expense monitoring, inventory management of marketing operations, collaterals, others.EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field..Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design softwareKnowledge of social media platforms and best practicesA high level of attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skillsJoin our dynamic team!ESCA is a great place to build a career.
