- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:**
- Address inquiries from potential clients across all social media platforms, groups, and pages.
- Respond to phone calls from sub-dealers, partners, and suppliers.
- **Social Media Management:**
- Manage and update social media profiles.
- Schedule posts and engage with the online community to enhance brand presence.
- **Marketing Support:**
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements.
- Report and track the status of inquiries through to the closure of sales.
- **Event Coordination:**
- Schedule bookings, handle logistic expenses (e.g., food, accommodations, transportation), and process payments for marketing events.
- **General Support:**
- Provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing Department within the defined scope of work.
