Marketing And Sales Technical Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Attends to phone and on-line inquiries.
2. Endorses sales leads to appropriate Technical Sales Specialist (TSS).
3. Handles in-house accounts (as assigned by the Sales Supervisor and/or M&S Manager).
Follows-up quotation served to in-house accounts.
4. Coordinates with Technical Sales Coordinator (TSC) the sampling schedule of in-house accounts.
5. Ensures payment collections of services rendered to in-house accounts.
6. Assists M&S Manager in establishing and implementation of marketing programs.
