FULL-TIME Preamble As our Marketing and Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and projects related to sales, recruiting, and internal communications, and will assistant the team on creative projects.
Responsibilities Manage all collateral orders and shipments including signage, marketing kits, swag and gifts. This involves working with external vendors, key stakeholders, and local markets to ensure orders are placed, tracked, and arrive on-time Using templates, create and order/reorder business cards and other collateral for all new hires and staff. Manage internal and external staff award programs including tracking dates and ordering awards Order conference and event collateral including name tags, agendas and signage Using templates, post internal and external job listings on Indeed, other job boards and social media platforms Search Indeed's database for job candidates and use email templates to invite them to apply Keep Google Business listings for market office locations verified and up to date Create and edit documents and forms in Word, PowerPoint and PDF using branded templates Work with templates to create flyers, ads, and other digital content for recruiting and sales Update SharePoint news sites with content provided by marketing and other departments Assist with managing social media accounts Help with management of email marketing templates and list management Help support and train local markets who need support with marketing tools Assist with Salesforce Trailhead/Enablement content loading and formatting Other administrative duties as needed Qualifications For this role you'll need to have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Time management skills and the ability to be self-driven while working remotely An appetite for working on multiple projects at one-time Experience creating and editing business documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus 2 years of administrative/office support experience 1 year of digital and social marketing experience 1 year of online recruiting experience preferred
