This is a remote, work from home position. We are seeking a remote Marketing and Customer Relations Coordinator in the Philippines. Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing customer service emails, coordinating with the art department for advertisement creation, handling product orders, and assisting with a variety of marketing tasks including content creation, market research, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, basic graphic design knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule: Graveyard Rate in USD: $7.0 - $8.0 (Per Hour) Responsibilities: Managing customer service emails Liaising with art department to manage interdepartmental calendars to create advertisements Placing product orders and managing display room walls Writing copy for sales materials and e-mail blasts Creating decks, presentations, and reports Researching the current market and competitors Assisting with planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, and developing assignments and schedules. Basic PR and influencer outreach Requirements: 2+ years of related experience Experience with content creation a plus Excellent writing and communication skills Excellent time-management and organizational skills Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) Proficiency in Google Suite Proficiency in Microsoft Office Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications: Processor: Core i5 or higher RAM: 8GB or higher Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements: Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption.
