Recruitment & Candidate Engagement: Assist in the recruitment process by contacting applicants and scheduling their interviews with our Managing Director. Email Campaign Management: Execute targeted email campaigns to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships through the use of an email software. Sales Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the company's sales inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries. Requirements: Graduating student or a recent graduate from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
