Marketing Analytics Support

This is a remote position.
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney time (or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time) With 1 hour unpaid break in between Client location or time zone: Sydney, NSW, Australia - AEST Company/client overview: This dynamic marketing technology startup provides a cutting-edge platform that empowers media agencies and marketing teams to optimize their digital campaigns across global platforms. In this pivotal role, you'll be the voice of the organization, providing timely and insightful guidance to customers as they navigate the platform's powerful solutions for optimizing digital campaigns. Leverage your expertise to troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and foster customer success. Responsibilities: Promptly acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries across various channels Identify and resolve platform bugs/issues raised by customers Provide clear guidance on effectively utilizing the platform's features Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex technical queries Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the platform's evolving capabilities Requirements Experience in digital marketing, preferably social media, search advertising, or analytics Good written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Potential for voice/video support in the future (but can also be non-voice if a great candidate in the other areas) Benefits HMO Coverage for eligible locations (after 90 days) Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Job ID: ZR_13718_JOB
