In this pivotal role, you'll be the voice of the organization, providing timely and insightful guidance to customers as they navigate the platform's powerful solutions for optimizing digital campaigns. Leverage your expertise to troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and foster customer success. Responsibilities Promptly acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries across various channels Identify and resolve platform bugs/issues raised by customers Provide clear guidance on effectively utilizing the platform's features Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex technical queries Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the platform's evolving capabilities Requirements Experience in digital marketing, preferably social media, search advertising, or analytics Good written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Potential for voice/video support in the future (but can also be non-voice if a great candidate in the other areas) Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_13718_JOB
