Marketing Administrative Assistant (Project-Based)

The Marketing Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for our Marketing Claims and the like. He/She directly reports to the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager. The successful candidate is expected to provide administrative work and support to facilitate sales and marketing activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provides administrative support to the Marketing TeamRecords and maintains all documents related to the Marketing ClaimsAssists in coordinating activities among operations, sales managers, and representativesAssists in defining and continuously improving Marketing Claims process and procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in any courseAbility to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantageOutstanding knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approachAbility to work independently and as well as part of a teamAvailability to travel as neededAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAmenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
This is project based-5 month contract.
