Marketing Administrative Assistant (Project-Based)

The Marketing Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for our Marketing Claims and the like. He/She directly reports to the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager. The successful candidate is expected to provide administrative work and support to facilitate sales and marketing activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides administrative support to the Marketing Team
• Records and maintains all documents related to the Marketing Claims
• Assists in coordinating activities among operations, sales managers, and representatives
• Assists in defining and continuously improving Marketing Claims process and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in any course
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
• Availability to travel as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule

This is project based-5 month contract.
